Could I Have Some Hot Water

This article is actually not about how Chinese people like to drink hot water, though it easily could be...It is about searching for apartments, which is something I am currently facing. Ads often list 二(er4)十(shi2)四(si4) twentyfour 小(xiao3)时(shi2) hour 热(re4) hot 水(shui3) water as a selling point. They do this for the obvious and reason that many places don't have hot water all the time. I encountered this at university, when I had to shower before 8 am or not at all... I often chose the latter.
