What the Gmail Header Looks Like in Chinese
Normal Gmail threads include something like this before each message in the thread:

In a thread with Wang Meng the other day, I noticed the header looked like this:

The first part is easy: 2010-10-24 is the send date.
The next two characters are 上午 = shang4 wu3 = [on top of] + [noon] = "morning".
Then, the send time: 11:25.
(上午11:25 just means 11:25 a.m.)
Then it's my name & email address, followed by 撰写 = zhuan4 xie3 = [compose, compile] + [to write] = "wrote".
